- The Scholar should be at least 2nd Class B.Sc. and 2nd Class M.Sc. in the subject.
- The age of applicant should be at least ordinarily be below 25 years
- The fellowship of Rs.10,000 will be awarded to students for one year
- No limit of Annual Income for this fellowship
