Educational Qualification
General Manager :
- Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University /C.A / C.A.I.I.B having a minimum 15 years experience of which minimum 5 years experience in Co-operative Bank / Commercial Bank / NABARD / Financial Institution. Experience in Banking Technology will be an advantage.
- Age limit : not above 55
Deputy General Manager :
- Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University / M.Com / C.A / C.A.I.I.B having a minimum 12 years’ experience of which minimum 5 years experience in Co-operative Bank / Commercial Bank / NABARD / Financial Institution. Experience in Banking Technology will be an advantage.
- Age limit : not above 50
Assistant General Manager IT :
- Graduate / Post Graduate In Information Technology from recognized University / M.E.(I.T) / B.E.(I.T.) / MCA With minimum 8 years experience in I.T. including Accounts / Banking sector. Preference would be given to those with knowledge in Cyber Security & Banking Technology.
- Age limit : not above 45
Assistant General manager Funds Management :
- Post Graduate from recognized University / M.B.A (Finance) with minimum 10 years experience of which minimum 10 years experience of Debt Market / Account and Banking / Financial Sector.
- Age limit : not above 45
Assistant General Manager :
- Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University / M.Com / M.B.A with minimum 8 years experience of which minimum 5 years experience in Account and Banking / Financial Sector.
- Age limit : not above 45
Senior Manager IT :
- Graduate in IT from recognized University with minimum 5 years experience in Banking / Finance / IT sector will be considered for IT Cadre.
- Age limit : not above 40
Senior Manager :
