ગુજરાત ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીયલ સિકયુરિટી ફોર્સ સોસાયટી (Gujarat Industrial Security Force Society Recruitment), ગુ.રા. અમદાવાદ ખાતે સિકયુરિટી ગાર્ડની ખાલી જગ્યાઓ ભરવા માટે મંજુરી આપતા ૪૦૦૦ જગ્યાઓ પૈકી ૨૦૦૦ સી. ગાર્ડની જગ્યાઓ એક્સમેનથી ભરવા નકકી કરવામાં આવેલ. પરંતુ જે ઉમેદવારોએ એક્સમેન સિક્યોરિટી ગાર્ડ માટે ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરવામાં આવેલ હતાં. તેઓને દસ્તાવેજોની ચકાસણી માટે બોલાવતા જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે એક્સમેન સિક્યોરિટી ગાર્ડ મળી આવેલ ન હતાં અને પસંદગી કરવામાં આવેલ ઉમેદવાર પૈકી ફકત ૬૮૦ ઉમેદવારો ઉપલબ્ધ થતા તેઓને નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટના ઉક્ત હુકમ મુજબ સિકયુરિટી ગાર્ડ તરીકે નિમણુક આપવામાં આવેલ છે. હવેસંસ્થાને જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે ૨૦૦૦ પૈકી ૬૮૦ ઉમેદવારો ઉપલબ્ધ થયેલ હોય પૂરતી સંખ્યામાં ઉપલબ્ધ ન થતા બાકી જરૂરિયાત ૧૩૨૦ એક્સમેન ગાર્ડની જરૂરિયાત રહે છે.
