Candidate have Completed his/her Graduation from a recognized University.

Candidates Selection in Gujarat High Court Bharti 2021 Will Be Based on Their Performance In
- Preliminary Test (Objective Type MCQs) [100 Marks]
- Stenography/ Skill Test [60 Marks]
- Interview [40 Marks]
Select List/Wait List Will Be Prepared On Basis Of Marks Obtained By Candidates in Stenography/Skill Test & Viva-voce Test

Details For Selection Exam For Gujarat High Court Bharti 2021
i) Preliminary Test (Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions)
- Which is Tentatively Scheduled On 28 August 2021
- Total Marks : 100 (Each Question of 1 Mark)
- Duration : 2 Hours
- There Shall be Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks for each Que. Which is Wrong/Multiple Answer.
- Syllabus : General Knowledge, English Language, Gujarati Language, Current Affairs, Numerical & Mental Ability and Computer Fundamentals/Operation Etc..
- The Candidates Shall have to Secure Minimum 50% Marks in Preliminary Test, Only Those Qualifying Candidates Shall Be allowed To Appear for Stenography /Skill Test.
Note : Marks obtained By The Candidate in the Preliminary Test will not be considered for preparing the Final Merit List.
ii) Stenography/Skill Test
- Which Will Tentatively Scheduled On 26 October 2021.
- Total Marks : 60 Marks
- Duration : 8 Minutes With (Dictation-2 Paragraphs, 4 Minutes For Each) With Transcription time of 50 minutes.
- Test For Speed of 120 Words per Minutes in English Short Hand/Stenography.
- Candidate Shall have to secure Minimum 60% Marks in This Stenography/Skill Test
iii) Viva-voce Test
- Which Will Tentatively Scheduled in Month of October/November 2021
- Total Marks : 40 Marks
- Syllabus : Personality, General Knowledge & Legal Knowledge, Basic Knowledge of Computer Application
- The Candidates Shall have to secure Minimum 40% Marks in This Viva-voce Test.
