Educational Qualification
- Holding analogous post of AAO or equivalent in Level-08 and Level-09 on completion of four years in Level-08 on regular basis.
- AAO (Civil) / SAS or equivalent examination passed officials. SAS exam passed candidates awaiting their promotion can also apply.

- Maximum Age : 56 Years
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Deputation. The period of Deputation initially will be for 03 years and can be extended or curtailed as required in the difficulties of public services. The terms and conditions of Deputation will be regulated following the DoPT OM No. 6/8/2009- Est. (Pay-II) dated 17/06/2010 as amended from time to time.
